The data collected is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess a potential collaboration.

The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of PhilOnSys in responding to received enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where applicable, your implicit consent when submitting the form.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period after the communication closes, generally no longer than 24 months. After that, data is securely deleted.

Data sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with technical service providers strictly necessary for communication operations (e.g., email service), always under confidentiality obligations.
