PhilOnSys is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who contacts us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Message or project description

We do not collect browsing data, use tracking cookies, or deploy any analytics or advertising technology.

Purpose and legal basis

The data collected is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess a potential collaboration.

The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of PhilOnSys in responding to received enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where applicable, your implicit consent when submitting the form.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period after the communication closes, generally no longer than 24 months. After that, data is securely deleted.

Data sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with technical service providers strictly necessary for communication operations (e.g., email service), always under confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: know what data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Right to restriction: limit processing in certain circumstances
